TIA Education provides flexible Alternative Provision for young people who may need a different approach to learning.
Our small, supportive setting allows us to build programmes around each young person’s individual needs, interests and intended outcomes — helping them re-engage with education, build confidence and make meaningful progress.

Flexible placements built around individual needs
TIA Education provides structured Alternative Provision for pupils who need additional support to engage successfully with education. Placements are tailored around each young person’s needs, interests and intended outcomes, while working closely with the commissioning school or Local Authority.
Alongside academic learning, we provide wellbeing, enrichment, life skills and personal development to help young people rebuild confidence, strengthen relationships and make meaningful progress.

WHAT A DAY AT TIA CAN INCLUDE
Flexible support built around each young person
No two placements are exactly the same. Programmes are shaped around each young person’s needs, agreed outcomes and attendance arrangements. Some pupils attend for a full day, while others attend for shorter or afternoon sessions.
