Our small, dedicated team works together to provide a safe, supportive and personalised environment where every young person is known, valued and encouraged to make progress.

We bring together education, safeguarding, mentoring, creative learning and wellbeing support to provide an individual approach built around each young person.

Bal Dheer

Director & Teacher

Bal founded TIA Education with a commitment to providing young people with personalised and supportive education. He works closely with schools, families and professionals to ensure each placement is built around the individual young person.

Baneeta Jhalli

Operations, Tutor & DSL

Baneeta supports the day-to-day operation of TIA Education alongside tutoring young people. As a DSL, she helps ensure pupils feel safe, supported and listened to and works closely with families, schools and professionals.

Tina Dheer

General Manager & DSL

Tina oversees the day-to-day management of TIA Education, helping ensure the provision remains safe, organised and supportive. As a DSL, she also plays a key role in safeguarding and supporting pupils, families and professionals.

Coco Chanel Dheer

Wellbeing Dog

Coco is TIA Education's Goldendoodle wellbeing dog and a much-loved member of the team. Her calm and friendly presence can help young people relax, build confidence and enjoy positive interactions.
